Millie does not take any portion of donations processed through our system. When making a donation on Millie, the donation goes directly to our donor-advised fund partners (minus the credit card fees). For US donations, Percent Impact Foundation charges a 1.5% processing fee. For international donations, Intelligent Foundation charges a 1.5% processing fee.
US credit cards charge a 2.2% + 30 cents processing fee, non US cards charge a 3.2% + 30 cents processing fee, AMEX charges a 3.5% processing fee and ACH charges .8% capped at $5. Aside from credit card fees, the only other charge is from Percent, who have a small processing fee of 1.5% that helps support their work for donations on Millie.
